I am a Certified Court Interpreter who has proudly served our Arabic community for 20 years as an Interpreter and Translator. Seeing a great need for the training of Interpreters, I began serving as a Coach and Trainer over 10 years ago, and I continually serve our community as a Volunteer. I have fulfilled my calling as a Teacher starting many years ago, teaching the English language to students in Syria, and Arabic for many private Institutes in the United States. This training as a Teacher has served me well as I have led numerous study groups of Interpreters, all focused on helping each Interpreter achieve their own certification goals. One of the challenges for Arabic Interpreters remains the wide range of Arabic dialects. The exam candidates that I will prepare will benefit from the fact that I understand the following Arabic dialects: Syrian, Iraqi, Jordanian, Lebanese, Palestinian, Saudi, Abu Dhabi, Kuwaiti, and Egyptian. Based on my extensive experience with exam preparation, I will focus on those terms that will most commonly appear on certification exams. What all this means for you is that I understand the most common challenges and obstacles that you will face on your path to certification, and I will help you overcome them with guided practice and a methodical approach. As long as you invest the time into your own development, I can help to lead you in the right direction towards success!

Dear Certification Exam Candidate
I commend you for making the decision to achieve your certification goals. There is a great need for certified Arabic speaking Interpreters in the medical and legal environment, as well as in other parts of our community. Although working as an Interpreter is a personally and professionally rewarding career, there are few educational resources available to prepare you for all the challenges that you will encounter on your path towards certification. Moreover, there are even fewer resources that are focused on helping to get you to that certified status that you will need to interpret in the legal and medical settings that offer the greatest earning potential. Since the need for certified Interpreters and experienced Trainers is so urgent at this time, I decided to jump in the ring of getting the next generation of Arabic Interpreters ready to take the certification challenge.
